Afternoon Update:  Parking meters in WB start TODAY! There is a fun little wave out there right now. The sets looked to be around the waist to stomach area with some decent lines to be had. There is a crowd out back but im sure if you search around you could find somewhere not as bad. If you go surf have fun!
