Good morning! The day starts off with light SW winds and clean surf in the knee to thigh high range, with the buoy showing 2 ft @ 6 seconds out of the SSE. There are a few fun little waves coming through this morning, especially with the cleaner conditions early on. The swell should pick up a touch into the afternoon, but so will the wind, adding more texture and bump to the surface. If you’re looking for the cleanest surf, this morning is definitely the best bet. Overall, it is shaping up to be a good day for beginners and anyone looking to get out and enjoy some small summer waves.
