Good morning! The buoy is showing 2 ft @ 5 seconds out of the SSE and there is a shin to knee high wave breaking. A moderate SSW wind is adding a good amount of texture to the little surf that is out there this morning. Waves are very small and are breaking close to shore, with many spots looking quite shallow and difficult to catch due to the lack of size and water depth. Conditions are expected to deteriorate further into the afternoon as winds turn more SSE and continue to chop up what little surf is available. Overall, keep expectations low today, but there may still be a few waves for beginners or those looking to get in the water.
