Monday Report

Good morning! There’s a messy knee to thigh high wave out there right now with the buoy reading 2.6 ft at 13 seconds out of the east. Most of the surf is breaking in the knee to thigh range but there is plenty of potential with the mid to longer period energy. Once the wind lightens up and turns more northerly late morning into the afternoon we could see some fun waves for the bigger boards. It is definitely worth keeping one eye on especially with not much showing up on the forecast for the rest of the week.
