Good morning! We’re starting off the day with a decent amount of swell in the water in the 2–3 ft range. The buoy is reading 5 ft at 6 seconds. A breezy NE wind is adding a fair amount of texture to the surface, but there are still some manageable waves coming through. They’re breaking pretty soft right now, so a board with a little extra volume wouldn’t hurt. The swell should remain fairly consistent throughout the day, with the wind backing off just slightly into the evening—though not by much. Overall, this morning is looking like the better window to get a surf in.
