Sunrise Report

We’re excited to share that we are transitioning to a live-stream camera format. With this change, we’ll no longer be posting the daily still photos, and instead we’ll provide one written surf report each day. We want to express our deepest gratitude to Sweetwater Surf Shop for their incredible partnership and unwavering support of WB Live since 2003. It’s been a long, meaningful journey together, one that has shaped so much of what we’ve been able to offer the surf community. We are truly grateful for every year, every effort, and every moment shared along the way.

Good morning! We’ve got a light offshore wind to start the day, and conditions are looking pretty minimal with the buoy sitting at 1.3 ft at 7 seconds. Most of the waves are breaking right on the beach, and at the moment there really aren’t any surfable lines showing. It’s one of those mornings where the ocean is offering more of a scenic start than an actual session. As we move toward mid-day, the wind is expected to turn onshore, which likely won’t help things. If you’re hoping to surf, it might be a better day to check a few other things off your list.
