(Sweetwater will not be posting the Lunchtime-Update today) The buoy is holding around 2 ft at 9 seconds out of the ESE this morning but on the slow fade. South winds have crept up, sitting in the 8–10 mph range and expected to build through the afternoon. The high tide is pushing in now and making the waves break a little shallow and tricky on the bars. Still some rideable ones out there if you pick the right spot. There is definitely potential for deeper breaking waves as the tide goes out, but keep expectations in check.
