Good morning! There’s a semi-clean thigh- to waist-high wave breaking this morning, with the buoy reading 3.8 feet at 4 seconds. The short-period wind swell is expected to slowly build throughout the day, but for now, there’s not a lot of push behind it. You’ll want some extra volume under you to get into these, especially with the lack of energy in the swell. Wind will stay side shore out of the north for the rest of the day, which should keep conditions fairly manageable. Not perfect, but there’s something to work with if you’re looking to get in the water.
