Sunrise Report

Good morning! Rainy and windy start to the day! We are just coming off that 4:27am high tide and conditions appear to be coming through around head to overhead+ occasionally bigger/smaller. The buoy is currently reading 8.2ft @ 7s and wind is out of the ESE/SE around ~20 MPH. Definitely swell in the water this AM but it’s paired with some strong ESE/SE winds. Things appear very wonky, unpredictable, and not really lining up. Faces seem to be fairly clean and occasionally stay open offering something to work with but it’s hit or miss at the moment. With that said conditions are constantly changing with the rain and storms in our area so there could be a potential window at some point today. Keep an idea on things, know your skill level, and stay safe. Best bet in terms of equipment, is something with a little extra foam that you can duckdive frequently. Kicking things off at two logos solely based on size! Swell looks to gradually drop throughout the day while wind looks to hold more S and pick-up some after lunch. Low tide is slotted for 10:41am and the evening high tide is set for 5:74pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
