Small surf again this morning, but a few better sandbars are offering up knee-high waves breaking just far enough off the beach to grab a quick ride — if you’ve got a bigger board, there’s something to work with. Conditions are clean with light winds, and the buoy is showing 1.3 ft at 8 seconds.
With the limited size, your best shot will be around the early afternoon low tide when the little lines have a better chance of peeling. It’s still going to be a bit of a hunt, but a good sandbar and the right board could get you sliding. Winds trend lightly onshore later, but shouldn’t wreck it.
