Good morning y’all! Just took a walk down the beach to check out the waves, and not too much is going on with the surf. In the mid island area, waves are coming in around knee high and not really breaking until they dump right on the sand. Wind is moderate right now blowing cross/offshore, so the ocean surface is not too churned up. There is still some swell in the water with the buoy reading 2.6 ft at 6 seconds, so if you can find a sand bar that is working on this mid tide, there should be a couple of log waves out there. Have fun, be safe, and check back in for the lunchtime and afternoon updates. Later!
