Sunrise Report

Small, weak surf out there today with a mix of tiny ESE swell and some local wind chop. The buoy’s reading 2ft @ 8 seconds, but it’s not offering much—waves are in the knee to knee-plus high range with poor shape and minimal energy. A longboard might snag a few soft ones early, but overall it’s pretty uninspired. Winds are expected to pick up into the afternoon, likely making things even more textured and sloppy, so this morning will be the best time to get on it!
