We’re looking for passionate ocean lovers to join our team as Surf Instructors!
If you thrive in the outdoors, enjoy working with people, and have a deep love for surfing, this role offers the perfect blend of fun, purpose, and impact. As a Surf Instructor, you’ll guide participants of all ages through their surfing journey, helping them build confidence in the water while fostering respect for the ocean environment.
No instructional experience? No problem! We provide full in-house training and certification. The only requirement is strong surfing ability and a minimum of five years of personal surfing experience.
You’ll also have the chance to train as a Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Tour Guide, adding even more variety to your role. This position reports to the Program Coordinator.
