Sunrise Report

A small SE swell is in the water, bringing knee-to-thigh-high surf . While conditions aren’t ideal, there’s still some potential for those eager to get in the water. SSW winds are adding a bit of sideshore texture, making for slightly bumpy but manageable conditions. The early morning high tide is slowing things down at many spots, softening the already small waves, but as the tide drops, some inside reforms could become more rideable.

For those with the right equipment—longboards and grovelers—there are a few fun, cruisy waves to be found. It’s not a day for high-performance surfing, but if you’re looking to log some time in the water, there’s just enough energy to make it worthwhile. Keep expectations in check, pick the right spot, and you might squeeze in a mellow session.
