I was hoping for a little more this morning but it’s not quite there. I do see some glimmers of hope on a few set waves but it’s not doing it yet. The wind is Northerly which is crossing up the swell I think. It’s also pretty dumpy first thing. So fingers crossed, as the tide rises and the wind jogs around we will get a little tidal push that we can ride. Right now it does look like dark clouds all around on the horizon so surface conditions can change quickly. The radar shows significant rain South of us. Keep checking the live cams and if you wanted to get some extra sleep I think you could and not miss much. *Oneill/Sweetwater Pro-am is set for Aug. 16-18!
