Mid-morning Update

Signs of little swell out there still.  It’s much windier than it appears in the photos giving it a bit more texture to it compared to earlier this morning.  There’s a few fun peaks up and down the beach though.  Kind of sporadic so it might be a bit more work than anticipated, but it’s still bigger than the surf we’ve been having (other than yesterday).  Pushing around waist high or so on the peaks.  I saw a few people up the beach waiting for their set wave.  Nice and cool this morning but it should warm up some later.  Stay tuned for more updates and enjoy the rest of the day.  Have fun if you go. *Oneill/Sweetwater Pro-am is set for Aug. 16-18!
