Sunrise Report

Good morning! Still some swell in the water this AM. We are making our way to that 7:58am high tide and conditions appear to be coming through around waist occasionally bigger/smaller. The buoy is currently reading 3.6ft @ 5s and wind is out of the SW/WSW around ~7 MPH. Faces appear clean and things seemed to be lining up for the most part. Both lefts and rights stayed open, offering the opportunity to race down the line and get in a turn/maneuver but again that rising tide isn’t doing us any favors. Things appeared soft and slow initially so for the time being, might be worth grabbing something with some volume to help maximize your fun factor. Starting the day off at two logos and hopefully things will improve around mid-morning as the tide starts to lower. Check a couple spots and see what’s working for you and make sure to keep an eye on the radar! Swell looks to hold fairly consistent throughout the day while wind looks to hold SSW and pick-up after lunch. Low tide is slotted for 2:04pm and the evening high tide is set for 8:19pm so make sure to keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update!
