Sunrise Report

Good morning and happy Friday! Sorry for the technical difficulties this AM! The rain and wind are getting the best of the day so far. Waves look to be in the upper chest range with sets coming in bigger. Things are disorganized and appear all over the place. The wind is currently dead East around ~25 MPH so anything out front does shut down fairly quick. I did see both lefts and rights but it was close to washing machine status. If you are keen on getting out there, board wise I’d probably opt for something on the smaller side because you’ll be duck diving often. High tide is set to max at 7:44am and low is slotted for 1:50pm. Hopefully this wind will lessen throughout the day and give us something this evening! One logo just based on size, but you know your abilities and skill set. Please keep your limits in mind and remember safety is most important! Keep an eye on the cam and check back later for another update. Weekend Look Ahead: Eyeing Saturday and Sunday. Swell size will drop but wave period stays around 8s and wind becomes lower and much much more ideal! If today isn’t a go for you, opt for later this weekend!
