Lunch Report: Continued surf at lunch time. Not quite as big as earlier, but still an occasional head high wave. Get wet but spread out and be courteous. Please read the announcement below. Don't be stupid out there and know your limits. Don't endanger others by trying to surf something you don't feel comfortable with.
Special Announcement: I have been asked to repost the etiquette note by all the old school guys that have surfed here for their entire lives. Please spread out during the swell, split the peak, don't surf the most crowded and well known spots if you can't surf or control your board, be respectful, and don't drop in on anyone. C-street was nuts again yesterday afternoon and pretty dangerous again with alot of newbies and inexperienced surfers. Also for those better surfers and aspiring pros. You are just as responsible for showing some etiquette in the water. Sharing waves, paddling out in the pack, keeping a positive attitude, and wearing your leashes are just as important as the new surfers learning about the rules of the water. I hope this post doesn't offend anyone and that everyone knows that I am unbiased and this post is not one sided on the surfing talent spectrum. Thanks for understanding.
