Afternoon update

Good afternoon! There is not a whole lot breaking out back at the moment. There is a small knee-high wave that tends to fizzle out quickly. The wind is blowing 11.4 mph SSW and is blowing out the surf and causing a lot of white water. There is a bad rip current towards North end and the waves are breaking sideways. The tide is passed low at 11:32 am and will hit high around 6:03 pm this evening. I would take out something with some extra foam to help combat the small size and mush, but it looks pretty rough for not much of a ride. Keep an eye on the cam and check in later for the next surf update.
